If the health of the puppy is found to be unsatisfactory, please provide us with the medical report and we will do an exchange for a puppy. Do note that we will only do an exchange if the health issue is congenital and hereditary such as hip dysplasia, etc. We do not cover for medical issues that are not caused as a result of breeding such as rashes/falls and injuries due to negligence.
